Q: I have a Goffins Cockatoo that is self mutilating himself. What size would fit him best?

My blue and gold macaw had his ripped to shreds in less than 5 minutes! I would not recommend them. Use some black foam pipe insulation cut about 3 1/2 inches in length. I have to add a piece to make it big enough to go around my birds neck...use vet tape that sticks to itself and wrap the collar on the birds neck.

Q: Is this suitable for grey parrot??

I have African Grey, I had to throw this thing out fast. I wouldn't suggest you buying this.

I would not recommend colars for parrots as they will be very stressed which may lead to their deaths.But if you have to use one. for cockatiels it should be much smaller size than 3.5-4"/8" Diam.Since that size was good enough for 14-15 inch eclectus.
