I take this immediately after a workout and it can be felt before I even make it home. Longer of the pump feeling after, no real hunger cravings right away, and a great taste no less. Worth every dime because it works.

I'll fully admit that the main reason I get these products is to flavor water so I drink more of it. Any additional benefits from the product are a bonus. This is a large, highly reusable plastic tub with the scoop hiding at the bottom. (I found it! Hang a right at the dessicant packet and there we were.) The container had a plastic band around the screw-off lid, with another piece over the bottom of the jar that had slightly opened, leaving some powder between the lid and the outermost plastic layer. It doesn't look tampered with, though, so I forged ahead. Serving size is stated to be one scoop per 12-16 ounces of water. Typically these drinks are really strong mixed as advised, so I cut the powder amount in half. Using just a fork to mix it in a glass with tap water, it did take some enthusiasm to mix it in - a shaker cup would probably work better. There's some residual foam at the top of the cup, so I went with a straw to enjoy the beverage. The flavor, even at half strength, is still quite potent. There's a hint of artificial sweetener, but not so much that it's making me dump it immediately. Other than the head of foam on top, everything else mixed in pretty well. The aroma also matches the flavor, which is nice. Overall one of the better tasting ones I've tried, I will enjoy this.

This is deliciously real tasting raspberry - lemonade. The powder contains both natural and artificial flavors. Cell K.E.M. contains the necessary amino acids for muscle recovery after workout but can also be helpful even if one doesn't work out. It's just that one can't get the same benefits as with workouts. > Still taking amino acids helps control the balance and growth of muscles. So you know - the product is kinda fluffy / powdery that it's extremely easy to get puffed around. No matter how gently it's handled it seems to get everywhere. > Once the container is opened it shouldn't be turned on it side = the powder is so fine that it instantly sieves through into the threads of the cap. It takes some coaxing to get it thoroughly blended with a spoon but it's not too bad. and it does all mix up without settlement in the bottom of the glass. To be fair, I was a little concerned with the taste as I am not a huge raspberry lemonade fan, however, I was pleasantly surprised. Cell K.E.M. Has the all important amino acids for recovery after a long workout. Amino acids are the building blocks of polypeptides and proteins and play important roles in metabolic pathway, gene expression, and cell signal transduction regulation. A single organic amino acid molecule contains two functional groups – amine and carboxyl – and a unique side chain. I found the product to require more mixing than others. Meaning it does dissolve as quickly as other powders. Interesting enough I also found it to be a lighter powder than others. So if you have a fan above you, turn it off.
