As someone who hasnt used a steamer before, I'm really impressed by this handheld steamer. It heats up quickly and is easy to use. It's not difficult to hold, removes wrinkle and freshens fabric really quickly. It's easy to refill and the water tank doesn't leak. For me, the size of steamer and its water tank provide a good balance of portability, weight, and steam/ use time. It works really well on all types of clothing and curtain fabrics. The only cons are that it can occasionally get heavy in my hands if holding for some time, and it can be challenging to hold both the peice of clothing that I'm steaming and the steamer while trying to make sure the fabric and steamer are both in the correct position to remove wrinkles. I usually try to have the clothing hanging on a hanger while steaming in order to have an extra hand to maneuver the fabric, but it worries me when steaming near the plastic hanger that the steam could melt the hanger plastic onto the fabric. Overall, I'm really impressed with the quality of this steamer and definitely recommend it over ironing.

This steamer heats up very quickly. It works best with distilled water. It has a turbo steam, for stubborn wrinkles. I have added a rotating hook to help with the process. It has a much larger reservoir for water, than my last steamer. I'm very happy with my purchase. So much easier than ironing. I could not live without it!

The Steamer’s product quality was good and it is user friendly. It produced hot steam and did not leak as I was using it , plus the LED display was nice however it did not work to get the wrinkles out for a scarf made of 100% cotton. I tried it three times but my scarf was still wrinkly.

This thing is incredible, it holds plenty of water and really takes the wrinkles off the clothes quickly! I love that it comes with a foldable hanger that I can take with me wherever I go when on-the-go! It’s of good quality and it has a little but that makes it really easy to use and either slide it up to have it always on, or just hold it down to use as needed. It’s definitely worth the money! Best purchase I’ve made in a while. Bye bye ironing board!

Hands-down one of the best purchases I've made this year. I got it on sale because this is my first handheld steamer and I wasn't sure I'd like it, but this is worth full price. It heats up super quickly, works extremely well, and goes pretty far on a single tank of water. I needed to refill it between sets of curtains, but the first set is basically floor to ceiling. The left side of the beige curtains is steamed, the right side isn't. I'm honestly shocked I got these results without having to lay the curtains down on a solid surface. It got a little heavy after steaming four curtains, but not overly so. This would certainly be too heavy for someone with muscular degeneration, but should be fine for someone with average upper arm strength.

I purchased the product in December 2023. The product worked very well and the with ease. Recently, I incurred an issue with the power not working. I am realistic about things like this being part of statistics. I was hopeful about customer service and I processed an "external" return with the company per their one year warranty. A new steamer was shipped to my address in a timely fashion. I rate the "product and their prompt customer service" a 5-star because it is rare for customer satisfaction to be upheld and honored. I love this handy steamer. I bought it to steam my new curtains and it worked brilliantly. It’s pretty easy to use and gets wrinkles out fast. I guess my only critique is that it can get heavy if you have a lot of items to steam at a time. But all in all, I thoroughly enjoy this steamer.

Apenas en el primer uso expulsó gran cantidad de calcificación para mi es un indicio que estaba usada además que tenía muchas huellas de manos en los plásticos lo cual soporta más Mila teoría, pensé que el producto era nuevo por tal razón lo calificó así, funcionalmente si hace lo que describe.
