Not for flat feet!
DO NOT BUY IF YOU HAVE FLAT FEET. Its a nice snug fit true to size quality shoe but the plastic around the upper really hurt the inner side of my feet. Someone here wrote a review about it digging into their feet and I should have listened to them... but had to try anyway.Most painful shoes I've worn in my life, and that was just from walking around the house.If you have normal feet they are really nice and pretty tho.I'm sad to return them.

Cool colors but VERY flat shoe
Cool colors but VERY flat shoe. I had to put arch support inserts in them to get through a workout without foot pain. Have not had any issue with my other Nano's, just this version.

Love the nano 8s WAY more than the 7s
Love the nano 8s WAY more than the 7s! These are comfy and work for all different types of weightlifting and metcons. This color combo is awesome and liked that it was cheaper than some of the others. Glad I purchased them! Felt way better than the nike metcons to me, but that's just my opinion.

I love these shoes so much that I just ordered my second pair. I use them daily for Crossfit workouts, and they are by far the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn. They also provide support in all of the right places for a variety of functional movement exercises. If you have wide feet, these are a must as there is more than enough room in the toes. Love them!

I ordered size 9 which is my regular size but it's a bit big. This was my first Nano purchase, definitely prefer Metcons.
