I wanted a good quality MTC oil because I heard about it on a YouTube site I like for healthy recipes, gardening & tips. I don't have lots of money but I am over 70 & have health issues so this sounds promising. I do need to be more consistent but I think there seems to be better clarity for myself which is a big deal at my age. I haven't used as much as a tablespoon but we shall see. I use it in my morning coffee so far. I may try it in a salad dressing. Wine, vinegar, etc As most here say, there is a issue with the top. It leaks down the side when pouring. What I do is put it into a plastic squeeze bottle with a pull up top. I hope that doesn't hurt the quality which is very good. Maybe I will buy a better & safer dispenser. One question that I have, if anyone knows, is what percentage of the C8 & C10 are? I read that C8 is a little better tolerated but C10 has its own benefits too. The oils that I researched seem to use a 60/40 ratio. (more C8)

I have heard about the benefits of Mct oil for several year now. I tried another brand and I just couldn’t tolerate it consistently. I tried taking 1/2 tb for 2 weeks and moving up to 1 tb mixed in my coffee. Some days I would feel fine, while most days it left me feeling nauseous or with bad stomach pains or other gastrointestinal issues. Didn’t matter if I took it with or without food. What made it more frustrating is that the oil worked. It did satiate my hunger and it made me feel fuller faster when I ate. I was disappointed thinking I just couldn’t tolerate mct oil. Then I read an article stating different brands use different quality processing for their mct and I saw this Garden Of Life brand. I use GOL probiotics and knew they had a solid reputation for good quality products so I took a chance. I’m so glad I did as this has been such a different experience. Not only have I been able to tolerate this much better, it works as all the claims said it would. I get fuller quicker, my appetite is surpressed and my weight has decreased. In roughly 3 mos I have lost 10 lbs. I will get an occasional stomach discomfort but the symptoms are very mild and don’t last long when they do occur. Nothing that would out weigh the benefits. As far as the taste, I read other reviews where some people said it has a coconut taste while others said no taste. That didn’t make sense until I tried it myself. It’s very odd in that some days I don’t notice any taste while other days I taste a hint of coconut. It’s so faint that it doesn’t ruin or alter anything that I put it in. I definitely will be ordering this again.

I love this oil. I put it in my coffee each morning and put a little on my pets food.

The product is top notch. Chose this brand due to 3rd party lab testing and comparative reviews that indicated this was one of the best out there. But had to take a star away for the bottle design. It's basically like a cheap shampoo bottle. There is nothing in the design to make it flow better. So pouring it onto a spoon is messy. The little hole with no functional lip doesn't flow. Some spills out, iar flows in, more spills out. You know how it goes pouring something and it goes back and forth with it spilling out then air going in the hole, then repeat. blurp, blurp, blurp. And with no functional lip, like water, some oil will run down the cap. So, maybe a good idea to keep a paper towel under the bottle where you store it. Other oils, supplement or not, have a method to manage how it flows out. Would expect more in that area from one of the top brands out there. On a side note. I'm seriously considering putting this into my glass tupperware with the air tight clamping lid. And putting it in the fridge. MCT is a solid at that temp. Can then scoop out what I need with a spoon. No shampoo bottle to deal with. Would recommend scraping it from the top more so than scooping. May cause condensation on it when opening the lid, especially in a humid area. Scraping the top should take off the portion that may have been in contact with condensing moisture. Which limits total time of exposure and scoops it away with any moisture on it. MCT oil is pretty hardy. But reducing any potential issue, regardless of it being necessary or not, when it requires so little effort to modify behavior, is a no brainer.

I've been using this MCT oil in my morning coffee for a couple of months. It's great quality, has a very neutral flavor, and has just the things you want in an MCT product, without anything else added. This MCT has just Caprylic and Capric acids (no Lauric acid), from 100% organic coconuts. I'm hoping that it does what the research says, helping brain function. I'm on decaf coffee due to hot-flashes, so this gives a little calorie boost in the morning since I can't rely on caffeine to ramp up my morning brain, and I often just have coffee first thing without eating a meal right away in the morning.

Really like MCT oil. I have read a lot about how good it is for health and have begun to take it daily. I find adding to my smoothie is best as I don't notice it like when I added to my coffee. I do notice that if I stop using and then go back to it that my body has to adjust and it does tend to give me loose stools for a few days til my body regulates. So maybe good for those with constipation. Lots of benefits of this product, I've lost weight while using this, I also am watching food so not sure only due to this or combo but it can't hurt. I like this product a lot.

This costly product came without any expiry date printed. Seal was leaking when it arrived. So, I won't be able to use it. I purchased it for my newborn baby. This product is not eligible for return. I lost the money (500 AED).
