Bought it for my new kitchen and found the quality of this item is subpar. The heat distribution is incredibly uneven, making it nearly impossible to cook anything properly. I've tried adjusting the settings multiple times, but certain areas remain significantly cooler than others, resulting in unevenly cooked food every time. It's incredibly frustrating and has significantly impacted my cooking experience. I expected better quality from a product in this price range.
