This is the best case I have used so far. Durable, easy to install, the buttons are easy to push and the vibrate dial easily operates the switch on the phone.As with anything that is truly waterproof there will be a loss of speaker volume. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being all sound is lost I would give this a 5. So expect about a 50% decrease in speaker phone and music level. About a 30% decrease in audio volume to your ear. People I am speaking to said it sounds clear enough but slightly more bassy than normal.I bought this for my 8 so when I am by the pool I don’t worry about wetness or when riding my Harley I don’t have to get it out of the rain. It has worked well so far for 4 months. I am going to buy another one just to have as I have broken the touch membrane on similar cases.

So dissapointed. Thecase was so nice until I saw a screen protector that was a cheap plastic and wouldn't allow my fingerprint to read. Manufacturwer should get rid of the screen, if you have a 7, there really isn't need for a built-in screen protector anyway. I should have returned it, but thought I could cut out the screen which does not work well.

The media could not be loaded.  I bought this for taking photos and videos at the beach and pool, and it does a great job!**Tested in very turbulent waves and still worked perfectly.Used multiple times now and keeps my phone bone dry every time. Also great for the beach to keep the sand out.The sound may be slightly compromised however it still connects to Bluetooth so can work with wireless headphones and speaker etc.LOVE LOVE LOVE this product!! Works great!

I absolutely love the look of the phone case, The price is great, the build quality is amazing however, people tell me all the time its hard for them to hear me even when I'm on speaker phone. so regretfully I have to give this phone case 2 stars only because people cannot hear me and I think its important to be heard.

when dcalling someone, it is muffled and crackly, but I guess that is the waterproof case, I ordered a different one and it does same thing. Would suggest using Bluetooth head piece.

The case in general is very well made and I like how it feels. However, it significantly decreases the sound quality of my iPhone 8 and I can barely hear people when I’m on the phone and when I put it on speaker the person on the other end hears echoes of their voice.

NOT WATERPROOF! - I bought this because I spend a fair amount of time in our pool, the other day the kitchen counter got wet and the water ran over to where my phone was, there was already water in the case - imagine if I had actually submerged the phone.

I bought this for a motorcycle trip and it was put to the test for 4 days. We had torrential downpours at times and steady rain on others and not a drop of water made it to the phone. The phone was mounted on my bars with a RAM mount so it was taking the full blunt of rain.
