Redline

Like everyone I presume, "just a rip-off of Fast and Furious, but "Redline" is not a rip-off, but a very enjoyable film to watch. " However if you liked the Fast and Furious, you will like "Redline".A gorgeous young exotic car fanatic finds herself caught up in illegal drag-racing competitions organized by exotic car fanatics."Redline" is an auto/action thriller that features an extensive exotic car collection. The movie features a Phantom Rolls Royce, Lamborghini Murcielago, Enzo Ferrari, Ferrari F430, Ferrari Scaglietti and two Mercedes SLR McLaren AMGs. A $450,000 Porsche Carrera GT is actually crashed during one sequence. Eddie Griffin accidentally crashed and destroyed the Enzo Ferrari, one of only 400 ever produced.

I love the Fast & The Furious films and was looking for something along the same lines. Redline is about the world of high performance, really expensive cars & the rich people who race them. I thought it was really good, only downside was the actor who played the army guy was rather naff! I hope they do a Redline 2. If you like racing films then give this a chance, especially if you can pick it up cheap!

Fair movie to kill time. The script could of been better. Picture quality is fine, as is the sound.

An absolute gem, excellent action. A must for any car or racing fan, in line with fast & furious. Not to be missed.

A film worth watching to discover your new worst film. Plus points...the cars, Nadia Bjorlin. Minus points... pretty much everything else. I've watched this twice, masochist that I am, and I still unable to understand ANYTHING Eddie Griffin says. In the entire film! As other people have remarked, during the races there is an unfeasibly high amount of gear changes, but that can be said of The Fast and Furious movies too. All in all, this is a Morris Marina of a film, definitely not a Lamborghini.....

It's worth watching just for the cars. Well I'd say that was the only reason really other than for Nadia Bjorlin! The story is a bit weak and the sped up racing shots look pretty daft. The whole film feels a little rushed, like they had to edit it to fit a specific time limit, but other than that it isn't terrible and worth a watch if you're into your exotic cars! I've seen far worse.

Bought for my partner who loves driving and drifting and the such. He enjoyed this DVD.
