Q: how to wash this ? how much vinegar and salt to how much water ? what does it mean, 'full fit with clothes'?

I have 2 of these skirts and wash them in the regular wash with no special attention. I've worn them in developing nations, to US conferences, around the house, everywhere. They are beautiful, travel easily and take no special care.

Yes sure,it made from Rayon fabric.

Q: Does this fit a bigger woman like myself?

I'm a size 20 (US) in jeans and ordered the Plus sized one. It fits me perfectly!
