The mask is the real product. It is in good condition.

There's not much to say about this product. It fits my mask and is high quality. It was shipped promptly and arrived without any damage or other problems. If you use a CPAP mask that this cushion fits then it's a fine purchase.

I've been using a CPAP for more than 13 years and have been purchasing cushions for my mask from Amazon for at least 6 years without a single problem.The lady 2 cushions I've received have been of poor quality. I believe the company sending them may have changed, but I'm unable to determine who has fulfilled my subscription.Both cushions have had an odd yellowish discoloration when they arrived in the package. Upon opening them I discovered the quality of the material seems very poor and the first one only lasted 2 weeks before I had to toss it. It should be noted that I wash my face and mask every single night before bed. However, that didn't help. I chalked the first one up to a random problem I'd never experienced before. But when the second one showed up the same way, I canceled my subscription. I don't know if they have perhaps been sitting somewhere for a long time, disintegrating, or if someone has been producing knock offs or seconds.These are incredibly poor quality, ridiculously expensive, and I cannot trust buying them on Amazon any longer. Very disappointing.

I utilize non-invasive ventilation so I must wear a mask 24/7. This certainly gets uncomfortable and switching up different types of masks makes this more bearable. However, I get the best help from a full face mask, specifically the Mirage Quattro. My insurance only pays for a new cushion every so many months. This is not nearly often enough.For some reason this cushion after you wash it refuses to stay in place in the mask. After mentioning this to my respiratory company supplier rep (who uses this mask himself for nighttime use) he told me that yes, once washed it tends to stretch out an you can't get it to stay in place. Even with these issues this mask is one of my favorites so I have tried to find a way to keep the mask clean and receive a new cushion in between the times my insurance provides a new mask/cushion. Enter amazon.com. Finally, I can purchase the part I need the most and can clean the rest of my mask. This is a product I will purchase again. Thanks Amazon!

Works fairly well,except, for those of us who have a very narrow bridge. I got small air leaks around the bridge of my nose.

I have bought several thru amazon they are great. There are several comments on air leakage. It is not the cushion-the solution that is needed you need to TIGHTEN you mask straps. Also if you don't clean the cushion often , I find it doesn't work as well. I use vinegar &baby shampoo. And yes you should trade them out at least every 3months if not sooner. The straps every 6 months, they stretch out. Also I just figured out the Quattro mirage does not fit the Quattro fx-that is what I messed up on. Just double check your order. Also nice not to have to deal with the insurances. Bless you Amazon for making these available.

This is the third time I have ordered this item. My wife appreciates it and she loves it.

Fits great on my mask. Very comfortable and easy to clean. Will buy again because they are affordable.

I ordered a silicone cushion for my Res Med face mask in size small and was excited to have found it as my current provider requires me to also purchase the clip at a considerably higher price and I have several clips in good condition lying around. My face mask is a size small but the cushion I received is too small to fit my clip, more like X-small or XX-small in comparison so I am quite disappointed and since I opened a sealed package, I assume it is not returnable?? The cushion is identical to mine, except for the size which is either mislabeled or not compatible. Is there any recourse?
