As far as I know the product contains the most cultures (66 Billion) plus a Pre Biotic. I do not take medications, only Supplements. I am 84 years of age and plan on being around for at least another 16 Years. Do not change the product or even try to enhance it.Thank you

I like that this probiotic is not milk based for those of us who should not consume milk. This one is recommended by a health practitioner I am working with. As for how it benefits me that I can observe, I don't know. Probiotics are a recommended supplement to take for bowel health, so I take them. The price is reasonable.
