Other reviews speak of poor quality latches and I confirmed that is definitely the case. Upon removal from the shipping box I noticed one of the pins that hold the latch had separated and would not keep the lid closed at all. Further inspection shows a metal pin is loosely fitted into plastic end caps. They expect them to stay while off roading? To solve this problem i installed some small bolts with blue lock-tite in place of the pins. This worked so much better for me. You can definatly tell there were some shortcuts made and I wonder if the genuine can-am box is any different. I also had to screw the box down as the 2 linq fasteners are not enough to keep it secured. All in all, with a few modifications this box will work fairly well.

This trust fit my Maverick Max perfectly and installed easily with no extra parts needed. All I needed was a drill and a wrench to attach the hooks to the back edge of the box (which may not even be necessary) and the LinQ attachments twisted right into my luggage rack.Unless you just have to have a Can Am logo molded in for a good chunk of extra change, this is the trunk for you. I decided on this size as opposed to the largest size available and I'm glad I did. This is plenty big for an overnight trip, but i can still see over it in the rear view mirror.I'm very pleased with this purchase and would definitely buy it again.

Works good only flaw is the little screws that hold the fasteners on they won’t stay tight.

Do not buy from this company. Product does not fit it is oversized you have to physically force it into the holes. And when you do get it in the halls you cannot lock one side. Have to drill on holes for extra support on locking it. Tried to return to customer and they are extremely hard to deal with. Requiring a 20% restocking fee and also pay for the shipping back to them. Do not buy this product.

I usually dont write reviews but felt the need to on this one. The Quality is not even comparable to can am. Dont waste the money. Spend the extra 100 and get the factory one. I'm sure now I'll have to pay return charges for a horrible product but it's not worth 100 bucks in my opinion. If they offered it for free I would still spend the money for the real one.

The latches are poorly made. One broke off the first trip. Lost cargo. It looks large but does not hold very much.

The lid does not close right .does not hit the seal .hinges fell off inside the shipment box .the foam pads where stuck to the cardboard.I was so up set I threw it in the trash.

The runner latches are almost worthless but easily replaced
