It's velcro fastening, at least the one I bought was.

It can't tuble dried since it's PVC material but you can wipe it clean easily.

Q: I buy a size 10-12 t shirt, what size should I get. I don't want it to tight round the neck.I am also under 5 ft

I'm sorry but I can't remember choosing a size = it's got a velcrose back of neck fastening so you choose where it fastens
