Originally was looking for a foot massager but found this item that worked for your calves as well. Decided to try it out. I do own an older Brookstone massage chair but the foot portion was very weak and I was looking for something stronger. Unfortunately my unit had intermittent power issues which I suspect was due to a faulty power cord or port. Nektech support was very quick in helping with troubleshooting and eventually agreeing to replace the unit. The new unit worked without any issues. The shiatsu rollers and air bags are really strong but the unit gives you the option to control the intensity via the remote. The build quality seems like it should hopefully last. Only worried about people stepping on the power cord since it sticks out from the side when plugged in. Overall I would strongly recommend this to anyone looking for a massager.

Purchased this product couple months ago, worked great. Pressure and rollers are very relaxing and use almost every day. However after 5 weeks unit quit working. Updated to 5 star due to customer service contacted me and sent a brand new one. Since then I have enjoyed the new product for about a month. Hope it holds up because it is a good foot massager. Has rollers for all the places of your feet with good pressure.

I would agree with with most of the people. The roller is tough even on light. If you have sensitive feet prob not a good one for you. But with socks on or a towel under your feet feels fine. The Air / pressure and heat is great for me. I think I like it for my legs more then my feet. The app is not great. There is some issues with the delay Doesn't work all the time. You can hit the buttons on your phone but wont turn on or off. Sometimes I have to turn it on from the unit then it will start working on the app. Image threw me off on the picture I thought it was a controller not a cell app. But it does work here and there. . I would say 8.5 out of 10

I have neuropathy in my feet which causes me to rub them together or move my feet at night while trying to get to sleep. I have already figured out that very warm heat helps them to be still. Thought I would try Nekteck Foot Massager to improve circulation. The remote helps a lot as I don't have to bend over to play with the buttons on the unit and it has WORDS not just icons for each function. The unit does 15 or 30 minute sessions. When you start it the unit defaults to certain settings. Rollers at low of 2, Air Compression at low of 3, Heat at high - yes I can feel but I could use even warmer, Vibration is off. I had to turn Rollers off as it was to much for my sensitive feet. I'm using it with high heat and low air compression and sometimes vibration. Higher setting on air compression was too much for me. This is what feels like a hand massage. When it is at full squeeze it really has hold of the foot, even on low. The whole unit is very quiet. Rollers make NO noise. Vibration is no more than any vibrator. And the air compression makes a soft puff as it fills and deflates. Actually a relaxing sound. I have this in a spare room where I have a comfortable rolling desk chair. I plug it in and roll my chair up to it. I never have to move this around the house. Have not used it on my calves or arms yet. Will this make the Neuropathy go away? I don't think so but it does seem to help still my foot movement after use so I can get to sleep. I thought it was a good price at $149 compared to other brands.

Barely worked 10-12 times then stopped. It wasn't opened for the first few months, but once we did it worked a few times. After a few months, it would no longer work in manual mode. I finally showed my mom how to hook it to the phone app and it worked twice after that and wouldn't connect again. I contacted the company for support and asked how to factory reset the device and they said they were very sorry that I wasted $150 but it sounds like the unit is defective, but over the 12 month warranty so it was now garbage. Once a month for o Do not buy from this company.

I have Rheumatoid Arthritis in my ankles, knees, hips, lower back and soft tissue of my legs. Pain? You bet. I am slender but due to my history, walking/standing can be difficult and hard floor puts a lot of strain on my feet. My husband is losing patience with me as every night I am whining that my feet hurt and they need rubbed (and no, you can not rub your own feet to get the same release of tension) I have had this massager for two weeks and I can absolutely see why it is so high rated. There is heat, rollers, vibration and compression. OMG! HEAVEN!!!! Each function has its own unique setting so you can mix and match for you. I love high compression and a medium roller, high heat and medium vibration. I have "dainty" feet, so I wasn't sure how this was going to work for the variety of feet sizes. But it does. There is a timer for 15 minutes and 30 minutes. For me, I will do 15 minutes and then wait and then another 15 minutes later. For me, I have a better overall benefit than 30 minutes straight. I am still trying to figure out the right position for the calves. Last night I put my hands in it and had the most amazing hand massage. So this whiney baby thinks this was her best purchase so far this year.

It's a great foot massager, the roller is deep and theres room to move your foot so it hits perfectly. The pressure from the side is what I enjoy the most and the highest setting is perfect. It's does soothe pain but does not make it disappear. Changing my pair of shoes for every day walking around relived my pain. Using it for calfs and arms does alright, its really just the pressure you feel unless you bend into the device to feel the rollers. The arm to place it at an angle doesn't work. My massager currently will not turn on after 3 months of use, which is why I am giving it 3 star. Hopefully no one else runs into the same issue.

I wasn’t sure what kind of foot massager to order, but this one turned out to be perfect for me. I’ve found that it doesn’t get hot if you’re using the rolling setting, which I’m guessing is because your foot is being moved around too much to feel the heat. But other than that, the heating element works great. It gets a little to hot for me if I turn it to high. This massager has so many settings though and with all the options, you can set it to your own liking. The only thing I dislike about it is that there is no cushioning at the back where your heal rests. So it gets a little uncomfortable if you try to set your foot all the way down against the front edge. I combat this by setting my foot in about 1/2 inch up from the edge before I start the massager. This seems to fix the issue and other than that I wouldn’t change anything. It’s also perfect for any size foot. I have a small foot, 6 1/2 shoe size, and my hubby wears size 13 shoe. Both of us can easily use this without any issues. My favorite setting is the air compression. It squeezes your foot just like someone would be if they were massaging your foot by hand. I’d definitely recommend this product to anyone and it certainly beats the price of the more expensive brand that does the exact same thing.
