From the tone of some reviews, I wasn't expecting too much from this watch. However, it arrived well packed and partially charged (there is no indication of how long it takes to charge from flat).If you download the H Band app before you get the watch, you'll be unimpressed. However once connected by Bluetooth the app is transformed into something useful and fairly intuitive. But it still pays to read the manual - which is straightforward and almost Chinglish-free - when setting it up.You can pick and mix the display screens, which are bright, sharp and do their job, though it would be nice if the touchscreen could be zoomed as some labels are microscopic.The actual numbers should be treated with caution, and used as indicative and comparitive values, not absolutes.Initiating a phone call from the watch is a neat trick but since the watch has neither microphone nor speaker the phone itself needs to be close by. So why not use the phone itself?It would be nice if the manual listed and illustrated all the onscreen icons, and showed what gestures worked.There is a good selection of watch faces but I have yet to find a way to alter which parameters are displayed, to customise the data without changing the design.Leaving H Band running on your phone will drain its battery, but that would be the same with any watch of this type.All in all, a better performer than I expected.After using the watch for over a week, I find that the blood glucose level has three peaks at exactly the same time every day - even if I miss a meal completely. I don’t know what the watch is doing, but it’s not what is advertised. Other measurements seem fairly OK.

I bought this watch in November as it had all the health readings I was looking for. I've enjoyed using it, it works really well. When I first got it I kept it paired to me phone, I could get phone calls on it, it would pick up messages, WhatsApp etc and the battery lasted about a week. In the last month the battery has just died a death, it barely lasts a day. I've unpaired it's from my phone it's no longer linked to any apps and it just about lasts 8 hours off I'm lucky, but I can't wear it to bed anymore to track my sleep, I have to put it on charge. So now I'm constantly worried about it running out of battery, which it often does and I can no longer just wear it and feel confident that it's doing what it needs to do. It's a real shame, there is obviously something seriously wrong with the battery, the fact it's only lasted about 9 months. It's not like I can even replace it. If it gets any worse the only place for it will be the bin.

Nice watch, light and clear clock face. Monitoring of heart rate relatively correct but blood pressure & blood glucose not so. As other reviews, it is not advised to use for monitoring health, but it would have been good if they were near the correct readings for checking occasionally. The blood glucose is way out! I suddenly have sugar drops (hypos) & the readings are nowhere near my finger prick checks so please don't buy this watch for this, just buy it for a watch & communication.

Nice watch, easy to use.Blood glucose appears to be preset to follow usual meal times. It showed an increase from 3 to 8.5 during a time when I ate nothing. It decreased from a peak of 8.5 after I ate. The technology is not there yet for this kind of monitoring.Sleep data said I slept very well with no wake ups when I went to the toilet 3 times and had a drink on 4 occasions, I have sleep apnoea.Blood pressure never read anywhere near my normal blood pressure.These are the functions for which I bought it, so its pretty useless for me. The other options appear to work OK, but I will be sending it back.
