Only works on Google Chrome!!!!
It's a great device that gives you a high sense of security. The fact that it needs to run off of Google Chrome is really disappointing when you find out that you need to completely destroy your computer if you're not a Google person. If they make a operating system neutral device like this in the future I'd be much more inclined to give it 5 stars. You know I think anything if it only runs on one operating system should be a blaring horn sticker as loud as can be right on the middle of the box that says only works with Google Chrome so if you don't use this operating system it won't work for you but instead they sell you a rather unique item on the market right now and force you to use a company that you do not like for a myriad of reasons. That's the way it goes I guess when you're out monopolistic predatory giant tech company but I could go on forever I'll leave it at that the Nano s is nice. The service the shipping was fast the people who I bought it from I'm sure very nice people and would purchase from them again

Read the insructions on the web.
Great option for varioius coins that one would own. It is very secure, password and keyword identification. The security is pretty great. The only drawback is the setting up of coins on the wallet can be fiddily. Some coins like ripple inly work offline and you need the affiliated coin app through chrome to use it. I suggest doing a test first to be sure. Send a little to the wallet, take it off again and make sure all the addresses and apps are working.

Bummed, but blessed
The delivery was on-time. That was nice. The setup was not user friendly. but stumbled through getting the encryption setup. then it was all down hill from there. The instructions were of no help at all. I sent out an e-mail to the support group as per instructions. The response i received back was to submit a review. So now I have to spend my time searching the internet for getting the wallet operational. This is my first bad experience with amazon or one of it's vendors. If i get it operational, it may be a worthy device. The support for this product sucks. i would not purchase it again.Since I have it, I at least want to see if it does the job as well as people say. I did plenty of research on the web, i only found great reviews, everyone seemed to love it. That was before I made the purchase. Bummed, but blessed

This hard wallet is not very user friendly and has been known to show a zero balance when the transfers are actually working correctly If you look at credit an other forums you will see all the problems people have with it. Do not buy.
