This is beautiful stuff. I can't say it has had any therapeutic benefit for me (some say it's an insulin mimetic), but the taste is great and is an excellent source of Ceylon cinnamon. I eat it carefully mixed into plain Greek yogurt.

I have re-ordered this product and found it to be quality and fairly priced. It is easy to mix in recipes with a smooth texture and taste. I use it for juicing and baking. It blends easily. Comes in a sealable bag with measuring spoon. .

Has real cinnamon taste, totally different than in grocery store. Very fine powder, rich brown color. Good buy.

Anthony Ceylon Cinnamon a light brownish tone color and texture blends well with my coffee compared to the lumpy reddish Cassia Cinnamon I replaced after learning it could harm liver. Ceylon true cinnamon fresh light flavor also has a pleasant sweet taste, as expected with Ceylon. I'm happy with my purchase and using for health benefits to better control glucose and reduce blood pressure. I would recommend and purchase again. Expiration dates for Dec 2026 and received end of March 2026. I preferred Anthony because USDA certified and Organic.

Love it! I am on my second bag. I use this every day. I like the taste and quality. Only negative it sometimes doesn't mix well in all drinks.

I believe that this cinnamon is the best quality/price there is. It will help your blood sugar without the excess Coumarin found in regular Cassia cinnamon. I ad this Ceylon cinnamon in my morning coffee, tea and on fruits without ever fearing blood thinning. And it taste sweet and smooth!
