It feels sturdy and well-made, and I love how quiet it is — I can work, watch shows, or be on calls without any noise getting in the way. The remote and app are straightforward, so adjusting the speed or checking progress is super simple. I mainly use it under my desk while working from home, and it’s been a total game-changer for keeping me active during the day. It also comes in handy when I want a quick walk indoors on rainy days. All in all, it’s compact, easy to use, and dependable. A solid choice if you want to move more at home without taking up much space.

Solid product. Very compact and gets the job done. Did 25 mins walk at 3.5mps and then 5 mins jog at 4.0mps this morning. Then this evening I did 1 hour walk. The treadmill belt felt very warm when I touched it post evening walk. So far it's holding up nicely. No need for mat under given the rubber grips at the base and front feet. A couple times My foot did reach the back of belt and it jolted me a bit but I need to remember to keep forward on the treadmill. Easy and light to move around. Minimal assembly. Good value

Great, easy, and functions well. If going from a regular sized treadmill, the learning curve is that it’s shorter and more narrow but once you get used to the difference, it works out fine. I like the fact that I can use it anywhere and I’m not limited by its size and weight.

I am 5'8" and 275. I bought this to move!! I have a lot of excuses about not walking but not anymore! I've used this for about a month now and I'm really happy with it. This is not a running machine at all, it won't go that fast. It is pretty quiet, I can turn it on and watch a show or mess with my computer. I haven't had any issues with how it works. I literally just took it out of the box and started walking on it and it's been great. One note, I was using it on a hardwood floor and it did scratch the floor (I was putting it down to set it up, putting it away when I was done). That was my own silly fault. I have a yoga mat under it now which is much better. Protect your floors! I have not had an issue with there being no arms on it. It's super close to the ground and you are really not going really fast. If there is an issue with balance you'd just step off the machine. The stride length feels fine. I'm 5'8" and I haven't had any issues with hitting the front of the machine or the back. If I was running that might be a totally different thing though. This is not super light, but I am able to move it around just fine. I take it up and down my stairs on occasion. It's really flat and would slide under a bed or couch for storage just fine.

Customer service is fantastic. I used the walking pad for a few months and noticed a loud noise coming from the motor. I waited a little longer to see if it improved, but it got worse. I reached out to customer service and had to send them a video of the issue. They immediately shipped me a new motor and it's working well now. The walking pad is nice but I did not give 5 stars for 2 reasons: the incline is not accurate (the online description says 5% and the instruction pad you receive with the unit says 2.5% incline) and I thought it had speakers (because, well, there are speakers in the picture AND on the unit) but they are not real speakers that work - they are just for show. All in all, I'd buy it again but do with the incline/speaker concerns were more clearly stated.

PLEASE DON’T BUY THIS PRODUCT. Completely short-circuited my apartment and impossible to return (given you have to pay return shipping costs) to either the seller, Amazon or the original manufacturer. PLEASE don’t waste your hard earned money on this.

Nice quiet machine. Various speeds give you a good workout. Easy to operate. Easy to move around.

Can I give it zero stars. Blew up money I plugged it in. Make sure you see all the negative reviews.
