Ordered this for a nightgown in a very hot summer. Worked so well I got the version with sleeves. Lightweight, breathable, packs down small. For reference, I am an XL, size 16-18, and the XL fit.

I bought the carnation pink, tank-top style silk nightgown. I have worn it twice to bed and slept in pure comfort. It’s the exact shade of pink to match a skirt I made, so I wore them together with a little jacket and garnered compliments on it All Day Long. It’s just a little too short & sheer for use as daywear alone, but the style is very versatile, modest and luxurious all at once. Delightful!

Great nightshirt. This is my 3 time purchasing sleepwear from this company. I hand wash all all of my silk sleep wear with a gentle soap. And I’ve had them for several months now they’re still in great shape.The colors are true. It may not be the most expensive silk or highest momma count. But definitely a good deal as far as quantity for the price. Definitely glad I took a chance and bought this.Definitely helps keep me cool at night and another positive about silk is ,like my other silk garments, pet hair doesn’t cling to it!

The fabric is so thin. Will not withstand sleeping in it .Possibly more suitable as an undergarment, a slip.

I was happy with the silk night gown at first. It was soft and light and yes it was see-through, but I don't mind that so much as it would go under clothes if needed. But before I got to washing it, it started pilling. Like little lint balls would form all over. Ugh! Like it no longer was as smooth as I first bought it. Since I removed the tag because I am sensitive to textures, I can't return it, but I do question its quality and if it is really silk? It pills too easily! See picture provided. Not happy....Update: "So I tested it by burning a sample, and it does seem like it's silk but my fabric expert friend said it's probably low quality because of the pilling. Ironically, it's still pretty decent to wear once I carefully depilled it. Trust me, it's hard. I got one tiny hole from first try. Sigh... Been only hand wash with gentle detergent so I won't make the hole bigger. Lasting pretty long. I will add back a star since it's most likely real silk."

Nicely made. It's quite see-through. Works very well in this hot, humid weather.

I have been looking for a real silk nighty to sleep in and I love it! It is so soft to the touch and I just love that is not made from plastic satin. It is stretchy and not tight.

I liked the idea of this and it fit fine (5'0, 34C-30-36 120 lbs and I got the size small). Had some stretch which was nice. But it didn't seem as breathable as what I'm used to with silk. I was hoping to use this for a nightgown in hot weather. I think it'd work fine as a slip under a dress for winter, but wasn't great for those of us post-menopause/perimenopause who appreciate the breathability of silk and other natural fibers. I.e., I'm not sure if it's actually silk. It felt more akin to Uniqlo heattech, which I do love, just not for a summer nightgown.

Love this nightgown/slip, very light and comfortable. Very transparent, warning!I paid $34.98 this week, though, and they pumped the price up $13?? Sellers, come on…. The item hasn’t changed, but a $13 jump in less than 3 days is insane—and mine wasn’t even on sale! I would but another one…but not at $48…

I have other piece of clothing made of 100% silk and when I wear them, my body temperature is even. I don't get all hot and sweaty, it keeps me cool or warm, depending what I need.However, this one didn't made a difference in controlling my body temperature. Either it is not silk, or all silk are not made equal, overall, not useful
