Bought for a friend for Christmas. Ordered in time for Christmas, but did not arrive in time. The box it came in was dented and torn, the packaging is not protective AT ALL, the cardboard is so thin and flimsy, it looks like it was bent several times.the product itself is fine...I guess. The metal is thin and extremely bendable and arrived bent and battered, with a scratch across the bottom portion and the goggles on the head are bent and can't be fitted back into place, the lights were not attached prior to shipping. You are provided the light strip, where the lights are at least 3 inches apart for each light, clips, and a hot glue stick so that you get to DIY....fun I guess. You are also provided screws and wall anchors. For what? The metal is barely heavy enough to register on a scale, I doubt that there is a chance that it will fall off the wall, even dry wall. The last thing that you are provided is the remote, while it does work, it needs to be pointed directly at the base of the lights so that it will register. Otherwise, none of the buttons register to the lights.The wall hanging itself is thin and bendable, and the size is not comparable.TLDR:What went right: The lights turn on and the custom inscription is correct.What went wrong: Everything else.

It is very thin. Not good quality and bends really easy.

We ordered the dirt bike sign with the LEDs and when it arrived it was bent and I had to bend it back out. The lights that came with it were very cheap and several of the plastic pieces to hold them on were broken. The sign design itself is nice, but it’s to thin of a metal. If you’re looking to order it just keep this in mind and possibly order from elsewhere. It stated it’d arrive before Christmas but ended up not arriving until the 27th.

Super thin material - not what it seems like in the photo. Lights come separate with cheap clips that you have to install yourself. Packaging contained no wrapping just a thin aluminum piece shoved in a thin cardboard envelope. Also showed up dented. Very disappointed - thinner than 1/16 inch!!! No way you can hang this on a wall it will bend

I was disappointed that I have to assemble the lights on it before I can give it as a gift! For the price I paid for the size very disappointing and probably won’t buy from that company again

This product is as thin as paper. The ad makes you think it’s made with the lights already attached however it’s not. It’s super thin material and to light kit is the cheapest crap I’ve ever seen. So disappointed
