Too small a disc .
Item is way too small and makes you very unbalanced... I dislike that I just spin around and become dizzy fairly quickly.. also no instructions with it at all ...

Twist Board Not Ideal for All Users
I was excited to try this waist twisting board for a low-impact workout. However, the size of the board was smaller than expected, making it feel unsteady. While it might work for some, I didn't feel secure enough while twisting, especially considering my age.The plastic material felt lightweight and cheap, almost like a toy. It might be a good option for someone looking for a very basic and affordable exercise tool, but overall, it wasn't the right fit for me.
