Electric Bike, Folding Electric Bike 750W 48V 20Ah Removable Battery 20MPH, 20" x 4" Fat Tire Ebike for Adults Men Women, Electric Mountain Bike with Dual Shock Absorber, 7 Speed Gear

This is my 2nd ebike and i am very pleased with it. It's good looking, well built, feels solid, has a beefy swingarm and the seat is super comfortable. But by far the best thing about this bike is the powerful motor, it leaves my old 48v 12ah ebike in the dust. Very torquey! The range was impressive as well. It comes standard with a headlight, tail light, fenders, and a rear cargo rack. The accessories are also impressive, it has mounting points for an optional front rack, saddlebags, as well as a very large optional rear cargo rack. The brakes are okay but not great. The only issues i could say is the battery rattles on hard impacts, which seems to be universal in ebikes of this rectangular frame design (ive ridden 3-all different brands). I put gaff tape around the battery to snug it up and problem solved. Overall i love the bike! Just for personal preference i put bmx handlebars, seat, and a longer travel rear shock on the bike and all were super easy to change out.

I am very pleased with this e-bike. The customer service was very fast on resolving an issue of a few assembly s reps missing. The missing screws were insignificant but I wanted to test the waters regarding other reviews stating poor response so I contacted them about the missing screws. I sent off an email and the very next day I got a response asking what exact parts I was missing. I sent off another email detailing the screws that were missing in the box that the bike arrived in. They replied later the same say to say those parts would be sent out soon and a shipping tracking number would be sent so I could track the package. Well I did get the tracking number and mu parts just arrived today. I am very pleased that they sent me the parts so fast and responded fast as well. The bike itself is a very nice bike and was packaged well. It has many little features that make this e-buke a better value than others they compete with.this bike has a 7 speed Shimano shifter as others buy it also has a very nice COLOR DISPLAY PANEL, AND A 20AHR BATTERY. I have another e-bike I bought for myself 3 weeks before that cost 150 dollars more but only had a 13.5AHR battery. So, long story short, I think I purchased a very good bike with many features for a very good price and the company that sells them is very good as well.

The media could not be loaded. Overall this is a great bike for the price. Front and rear suspension with a sturdy rack in the back. This bike has plenty of power. Came with many accessories. This is not a small bike I had to shorten the seat post to get it the height I wanted it. So far I have had no problems with it, I def recommend this bike to anyone. Nice comfortable ride.

Bike looks great looking forward to riding once support helps me fix the out of the box issues.The bike came with a ripped rear inner tube. Also was not able to screw the left peddle in since the thread was imperfect.UPDATE:Heard back from support pretty quickly, result was they had me order a new inner tube and they said they are going to refund me and for the pedal they are going to send me a new pedal pole.Was able to take the bike out for a quick spin, since I still don’t have a left pedal I had to use the throttle only. But the bike feels really nice. And it handles hills surprisingly well.Looking forward to getting the pedal pole and my refund..

Shipping was quick. Took the box to work and in my free time followed the assembly video. Assembly was less than an hour. Paper instructions are dorky - needs help. . Bike is heavy - so are all ebikes. This is taller than I imagined, not a small or kids size. As a first electric bike, it is fun. But the folding down and stowing away takes a little muscle - you might need to remove seat and/or handlebars.I assembled it at work, and gave it a test ride. The next two days, I went to Fiesta Island and did four miles with the dogs. Wore them out good. They enjoyed it as much as I did getting paid to assemble it.

I'm very satisfied with the bike and the seller. The seller is very fair and honest and exactly the kind of people you want to do business with. The bike is difficult to fold because it weighs 70 pounds or something like that. If I could do it again I'd get the non folding bike from the same seller. This is the best value for the money you are going to find anywhere. Puckipuppy smashes the competition with bigger battery size and same parts for less money. If you look what's on the market make sure to look at motor size, battery size measured in AH (Puckipuppy is 20AH), gear makers, break type and tire size. Those are the things that matter and Puckipuppy checks all the boxes. There's totally better bikes out there but you will pay 1000s of dollars to get them. This is an amazing deal for an electric dirt bike which is basically what this is. Look no further you've found what you need.

The front tire went flat after riding it for two days. I inflated the tire back to 20 lbs and parked in the garage and it exploded. Imagine if this would have happened while riding it at 20 MPH! I reached out to customer support and was told that I over inflated the tire and caused it to explode, and that it should only be inflated between 15-17 lbs. I went base on the user's manual and it clearly stated inflate to 20 lbs no more or less! And never heard back from the customer support since!Update -They were able to send me new tires to replace the exploded tire. Took about 2-4 weeks to get the new tires and had to install it myself. They acknowledge the tire pressure was incorrect in the manual and that it should be at 17 PSI.
