I ordered the carb. to replace the old leaking one on my snowblower. I was disappointed at first because the carb in the add picture shows the fuel inlet pointing straight to the engine when mounted. This is exactly what I needed, however the one I received was angled at 45 degrees. I had to reroute the fuel line around the engine and added a couple 90degree elbows. I did this, rather that to return the carb. When i was finished mounting the carb, the engine started on the second pull, I adjusted the idle and full throttle adjustment. Tested several times yesterday and today, seems to work great.

Easiest Fix Ever
Perfect. I installed it and the engine started on the first pull. So much easier (and cheaper) than rebuilding the old one.

A Gas Leak
Leaked gas after installation.Removed float bowl to check the rubber ring and discovered that the ring was too big. Could not re-assemble the bowl with the original ring, so I used the ring off the replaced carb.Discovered leak around the fuel inlet and hoping that pressing it further on the carb will stop the leak.I do wish I had spent twice as much to avoid this hastle.
