What tog should I get for a 21month year old?

I would say it depends on the child, they don't feel the cold as much as adults, i got the 9 tog one, not too thick but I think maybe a bit too warm as my daughter is only 7 months. I would probably say 4.5 won't be warm enough for a 2 year old especially at this time of year, but depends what they wear for bed or maybe get that and a blanket just incase then it will be ok for summer too :)

Can I use a normal duvet cover for this duvet? Or do I have to buy a small size

Any cot duvet cover should fit.

Where can I get a pillow case?

I used the ones from the toddler bedding sets I bought from next and it fits perfectly
