purchased for patio and bathrooms where other gu10's (both halogens and leds) have failed after only a few months. perfect brightness with a lovely colour akin to bright daylight -- not too warm, not cool. have purchased twice now and installed a total of 12 bulbs. time will tell how well they hold up in wet areas, but so far no problems. i will be sure to post an update regarding longevity. in the meantime, my household is very pleased with the results.** update: it has been nearly 1 year now since installing my new atapa bulbs, and i am pleased to say they have worked beautifully. excellent light quality, perfect for indoor and outdoor use, even in wet areas i.e. steamy bathrooms. best part is every bulb is still working, which is rare nowadays. highly recommend this product.

I fitted six of these in my kitchen in January. I like the colour of the light; not as yellow as halogen bulbs but still not clinical white - a pleasant middle-ground. As far as I can tell, they don't emit any buzzing sound. A couple of friends have commented on the strobing effect you get if you move something quickly in front of the lights, but I haven't noticed it so it hasn't bothered me. They also work out quite cheap for LED bulbs: £2 each if you get the 10-pack for £20.So what's the problem? In six months, four of the six bulbs fitted in my kitchen have failed. As such I have no confidence in them and write this review as a warning to anyone else who might think they look too good to miss. Nope - just too good to be true.

Great customer service and great lights for my kitchen.

Great bright light. I was hesitant over whether these would be bright (and white) enough to provide a replacement for halogen spots, but rest assured they are. Good value tooReview score down rated to two stars. The issue with these bulbs is their longevity. All have now blown, my previous Halogen bulbs used to blow, but I expect more from and LED bulb, especially given that their price is higher. Would not purchase this brand again.

Bright white lamb bulbs very good will be buying again, brighter than the 50w halogens they replaced. Great price. Quick delivery.

These are non-dimmable and burn after only few hours of use. Probably my fault for not doing a proper due diligence

Good value for the money. I should have gone for the narrower beam angle though. These ones almost shine sideways which has given more light but I've lost that spotlight effect.

Good bulbs, very bright and they don't have any filter in front of the LEDs so avoid looking at them when switched on! But that's no reason to not give them 5 stars, especially at the price they are.
