Bosch Vermont American 21822 - 5 Piece Spiral Screw Extractor Set No. 1 through No. 5

These worked great! They are easy to use and are very durable. They work good for getting bolts out that the head broke off. All you have to do is drill a hole in the middle of the bolt a little ways that is a little bit bigger than the tip of the counter tap bit. Then you just put the bit in your drill, hit reverse and the bit should grab the bolt. It will usually come out in the first try if you drilled the hole right in the middle of the bolt. The only thing I wished were different about these were if they were a little bit longer. Sometimes you have a tight place to get into and they might be too short to get the job done. Overall this is a five star product.

Works great and is a great value. Easy to use, grips stripped screws quickly and easily, essential tool if you do a lot of work yourself or just a little, at some point you will run in to a stripped screw that just can't be removed without help.

Appear good but break easily.I used the smallest one time and it broke.. tells me that they are not too good - although very inexpensive. But I think that like me you want something that actually works... I would Not recommend.

This extractor helped me out of a big jam when a bolt broke inside of my mowers blade socket.was able to remove the broken bolt with this extractor bit.

I bought this quick without reading the reviews so its my fault, they brake easy. Just broke the bigger one in my motorcycles caliper bleeding scree which was rusted and stripped. Now I have to replace the caliper for sure....

Break very easily. Buy only hi quality taps and easy outs. Its much more difficult to extract a broken off tool than the bolt you were trying to extract in the first place.

Just used it once. I did get the screw out. It took more effort than I anticipated.Good to have in the tool kit.

Not best quality, but for price what was expected, already broke one of the extractors.
