I believe it is a Chinese Formula used for 1000+ years, that actually frees things up inside the body.After a short time of taking this formula, I was actually able to sit up and actually do something here and there, as needed without feeling like I was going to or actually was in the act, of what I perceived, as dying. It just brought calm and relaxation to my innards.Apparently, severe hormone imbalances cause a world of grief and this herbal formula was an answer to my prayers.I still take it and will not be without it since the Meno still goes on for me, but thankfully not nearly so severely as for the first 10 years of it.I have to inject a bit of humor here, as I think if I live to be 90, I probably will still be dealing with Menopause, LOL!Please consider this product for aid for Menopause symptoms, stress, anxiety, nervousness, just an imbalance that you may experience that leaves you feeling any of the above mentioned symptoms.I felt results within 30 minutes the first time taking it, but also know I am extremely sensitive and always have to start with very low dosages because of being sensitive.So keep this in mind if you opt to purchase this wonderful product.The FDA does not permit claims on natural products because of them not being regulated.But it will not stop me from telling some of my story and what this product did for me and continues to do.I have nothing to gain or lose by giving this product 5 Stars for what it has done for me.I just hope it will possibly help someone else that may read this review and find it helpful.Planetary Herbals makes many wonderful products that are great helpers to symptoms that occur in life pertaining to illnesses with different side affects.The product came as a new product, in an unopened package.It was the product I ordered and it arrived in the estimated time Amazon calculates.

Chai Hu, or Bupleurum has been one of my favorite herbs for many years now, but in this formula, I just didn't notice many results. The quality and strength seemed very good, but this formula or brand just didn't work for me.

I have used this for years, on and off, I find it really is calming in a way that doesn't make me lose any clarity.
