I felt pretty foggy headed before starting to take these, I believe they have really helped my ability to remember on a regular basis.

This product/supplement is perfect. Every you want for brain optimization, neutrophics, without all the filler vitamins. I do notice a sense of clarity and focus after taking 2 gummies. I am purchasing more as I write this.

But is it foreal? You can't trust yourself because the placebo affect is very real. I'm looking into to 3rd party testing but it's ridiculously expensive.
