Great gluten free option for celiac's suffers
My daughter has Celiacs disease and these are now a gluten free staple for our household. Good taste, good quality (as far as I can tell).

Great texture and very versatile
As someone who is a lover of noodles, required to eat gluten free, and skeptical of gluten free products, I was a little wary of gluten free ramen noodles. However, I gave these a try and could not be happier! Most gluten free items tend to have a crumbly texture (which makes sense since gluten is what gives breads and pastas that “chewy” factor). These noodles had a surprisingly delightful texture without being crumbly. If you undercook them they are a little chewy, so I tend to do about 5 minutes in the pot rather than 4 just to make them softer. The flavor of the packet is good as well. Make it with chicken broth and it’s fantastic. The noodles are also versatile so use them in any soup/noodle dish you want! The size does look small, but it is filling (for me at least… the bf needs 2). My only very minor complaint is that the packages were a little difficult to open. Granted I was weak with the flu so that likely played a part in that. Overall, very good noodle with great texture, flavor, and versatility!

Nice foundation...
This is a forgiving noodle that doesn't turn into mush if you blink. I almost docked it a point because the flavor pack is mild, but really, if you love noodles, you can fix that real easy with what you have on hand. And sometimes it's nice to have something mild for when my friend from Minnesota comes over. Those people are tough as hell when a cold snap hits, but don't put pepper in their food, or they get a temper.

PERFETTO
hadn't eaten ramen in decades until recently, just because "the usual ramen" is literally toxic. so when I had no time to eat, my standard was a handful of nuts and some fruit. then I broke my leg and could barely make it to the kitchen, let alone cook a regular meal. even had I been interested in having meals delivered, I had no way to get food from the door to the kitchen counter. and I wasn't about to ask friends to swing by with food every day. I broke my leg doing something unbelievably stoopid, and didn't want anyone else paying for my idiocy. started looking for a solution and found this healthy non-toxic ramen. bought something like 60 packs on the first order because even if I didn't like it, it would work to keep me fed. a friend put one of my bar stools in the (galley) kitchen between sink and stove, with the humongous box of ramen (next to the case of tofu) on the counter next to the sink. all I had to do was sit on the bar stool and I could get/boil water, slice up a box of tofu while the water came to a boil, make the ramen, add the tofu, eat straight out of the pot, then wash the pot, fork, and knife. I almost always eat only one meal per day, late at night. this ramen with tofu became that meal for ten weeks and I never tired of it. it's freakin' delicious!!! as with any packaged food, I used it as a base, adding LOTS of black pepper, chili peppers, cayenne, ginger, and black seeds. the soup packet is great on its own, but I like Spicy. I've been back on my feet for several weeks now but this ramen has become a staple. every time the supply dwindled down to a few packs I reordered, and then I put it on subscription through amazon. yes, it's more expensive than supermarket ramen, but it's so worth it (and even with the box of tofu, it comes in at less than five bucks for the day). it's GMO-FREE and has many certified-organic ingredients. LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS RICE & MILLET RAMEN!!!

Super yummy
Super yummy. I purchased the chicken flavoring too so I can make chicken flavored ramen.

Did not like the taste - My experience, My opinion
I really wanted to like this item but unfortunately not. The texture is great compared to other noodles. It doesn't become overly soggy. Unfortunately, it has a light bitter aftertaste but just enough to disagree with my palate and my mother's. Definitely buy a single packet if you are trying for the first time. I tried returning thinking I'd be able with Prime and this item is non-returnable (don't agree with this). Now I'm stuck with it and don't care for it. My experience, my opinion.

New recipe is bad
These were good until recently. The new recipe, which uses rice instead of rice flour, makes them gummy and disgusting. They’re chewy and hard to eat. Ramen is supposed to be a fast cook option. I don’t know what you guys did to this, but I cooked it longer and it still never got soft. Please change it back!
