I bought this, an electric throw and an electric blanket at the same time..This is by far and away the best and most useful. It's really good. A good quality, well made heated pad. It comes complete with power cable attached and a soft fabric two piece strap that has poppers. The power cable has a timer with on/off function and has nine temperature settings (30℃ to 70℃), the timer range is 30 minutes, 45 minutes, 60 minutes or 90 minutes and has a automatic safety cut off.The material is very soft, and because of the way it has been packaged, there was no creasing. The seams are good, well stitched with no run offs or loose threads. It is very simple to use. I have had spinal surgery and occasionally do have issues with pain management, particularly my lower back. Some heated pads are too stiff and uncomfortable for me, but this one was perfect. It did give good pain relief after a relatively short time of using it. It’s nice and compact, not bulky, so stores away neatly and easily. The media could not be loaded.  This Heating pad arrives rolled up in a box with instructions.On unrolling the pad which was not tightly rolled up like some manufactures send out, it unrolls uncreased and feels super soft and snuggly.The pad is really easy to use with approx. a metre power cable attached. Also on the power cable is the controller which has 3 control buttons.Button 1 is the on/off switch, 2 is the timer and 3 is the heater. All buttons work with no issue and you can change the heater button from 1 - 9 and the timer button from 30- 90 minutes.Another addition is the soft fabric belt to tie the pad around your waist or any other part of you body. The pad also has poppers around the outside so it can be clipped together into a glove/bag warmer for you feet or any other part of you body you wish to warm up.The heat generated by the pad is really warm and quite cost effective even when on max. It does take several minutes to warm up and is not instant heat but if this reduces the running cost then I'm happy with that.This really is a brilliant cost effective cosy heating pad and so far I have used it for my back by putting it on the back of my chair to lean against and it has really helped. Very Recommended.
