Tasty and Convenient Ramen Alternative
TL;DR: These noodles offer a tasty and convenient option for ramen lovers. With a variety of flavors and easy preparation, they make for a satisfying meal. However, some may find the portion size a bit small compared to traditional ramen options. Review: These noodles provide a convenient and flavorful alternative to traditional ramen. With six different flavors in the variety pack, there is plenty of variety to satisfy different taste preferences. One of the standout features of these noodles is their taste. The flavors are well-balanced and enjoyable, offering a satisfying experience with each bowl. Whether you prefer a classic chicken flavor or something more adventurous like kimchi, these noodles have options to suit different cravings. Preparing these noodles is quick and easy. Simply add boiling water and let them sit for a few minutes. The noodles have a good texture and are not overly soft or mushy when cooked properly. While the taste and convenience of these noodles are commendable, it's worth noting that the portion size may be smaller than what some ramen enthusiasts are accustomed to. Those with larger appetites may find themselves wanting a bit more substance. However, considering the convenience and flavor, this may not be a significant issue for everyone. In summary, these noodles offer a tasty and convenient option for those looking for a quick ramen alternative. The variety of flavors and easy preparation make them an appealing choice. However, individuals with larger appetites may find the portion size a bit small compared to traditional ramen options. Overall, these noodles provide a satisfying and flavorful meal. Pros: - Variety of flavors to suit different tastes - Convenient and quick preparation - Well-balanced and enjoyable taste - Good texture of the noodles Cons: - Portion size may be smaller compared to traditional ramen options

Yum!
This variety pack is awesome. All the flavors so far have been delicious and unique. I love that bean thread noodles keep they're springy texture for so long and never get soggy. When I first opened one up I thought the portion looked too small but the noodles multiple like magic lol and these are actually pretty filling!

I would order them again!
After I tried all the flavor, I like '6 kinds of mushrooms' the best. It really tastes like mild mushroom flavor with lots of mushrooms. Too bad it doesn't sell by itself. Next thing I like is 'Spicy sesame paste'. The paste was hard to remove from the bag but I managed. It's not spicy at all. It has sesame oil taste. I really like it. 'Savory Shoyu' has mild soy sauce taste. 'Vegetable' has milder(almost clear) taste than Savory Shoyu with lots of Chinese cabbage and bok choy. 'Hot & Sour' is not spicy at all. The soup by itself doesn't taste like hot & sour(The Chinese food serves in the restaurant) but when I eat the tofu, I can taste the flavor of hot & sour. At last, sadly I didn't like the 'Spicy Tofu'. It's HOT but I don't mind it. But something I can't stand is it has a very bitter taste. Like stir-fried dried chile. The soup is bland with strong bitter taste. Conclusion, Still, I would buy this variety pack cuz I like the other 5 flavors. One last thing, picking up the noodle with spoon and fork is hard. I guess it's time to learn how to use chopsticks.

Magic Food from the Crystal Palace
My only complaint is that I can't get these cheaper! As the water boils in a kettle, note the beautiful packaging that splits open with a thumbnail. Read the enchanting text and remove the clear lid. Inside is not a typical sodium-based flavor packet but rather something that looks like a travel soap. Open it. It looks like a mini soap bar made of volcanic material. Upon closer inspection, you can see that it is made of pressed, freeze-dried vegetables. I made two different flavors at once and noted that the pressed vegetable blocks were different based on flavor. I licked it like a deer and found it to be quite flavorful, not just pressed salt. Place the flavor block back on top and pour the water in. They tell you to fill it to the marked line, but we like ours strong and dry in our household. We fill it to the top of the noodles. Replace lid, wait three minutes. If you made it short on brother, you'll need to stir it in order to break down the flavor block. It tastes amazing. Lower calorie than most instant noodles, much lower sodium, gluten free, and has some nutrients that vary based on the flavor - which is a sign that this is 'real' food more than your regular processed noodles. I love mung bean noodles and glass noodles but they're hard to find.

"Meh"
I bought these because they are gluten-free and the flavors sounded great. I had one and developed an upset stomach. I thought it was a fluke, had another on a different day and also developed an upset stomach. Not sure why, as I typically eat spicy foods. They flavors were ok, a bit spicy. I gave the rest to my son and he said they were "ok" which says a lot for a teenager. I don't think these are worth the extra money spent buying them from Amazon, as there are rice noodle products available locally for less.

Wonderful!
Have been ordering these for some time, both assortment pack and individual flavors. Just love the noodles, which are bean starch & potato starch -- not wheat or rice. I do find I have to add flavor ingredients to most of the flavors, but that's simple and worth it. Mostly a bit of vinegar and sriracha to the Hot & Sour. The mushroom has lots of mushrooms. Spicy sesame paste isn't spicy but nice flavor. Only one that's hot/spicy is Spicy Tofu. It's HOT. I buy the variety pack as lately it's the cheapest. But I do enjoy all the flavors. Even more wonderful to extend them into a meal with added vegs/egg/and or meat. Or sometimes add more water and more flavorings for nice big bowl of soup (because, yes, if you let stand for a few extra minutes the noodles will absorb most of the liquid).
