The Howhy Cabinet Door Hinges Set, Vertical Swing Lift worked perfectly! Just installed and I am extremely impressed. The quality, durability and function, when off without a hitch! I have been shopping and researching this type of product for months. After buying and returning many, this swing lift was exactly what we wanted. Far more impressed with this swing lift than the previous ones ordered. (5 * ‘s) * Watch video a few times. Would really help if you could hear a voice telling you step by step. I’m a visual learner so I had no problem.

Exactly what I needed! Our built in microwave broke and could not be repaired and buying another to fit in this space was impossible to find. We bought a microwave and found it just looked awful in that space. I found a print I knew would fit the space and my decor and framed it. I had to build out the space with 2x4’s to place the hinges on but once I got it all done it works beautifully. The instructions are sort of worthless so be sure to watch the video in the description of the hinge. I am so pleased.

Would give this all five stars, but the instructions were lacking clarity, and it seems from others that I am not alone in this thinking. The instructions do appear to be translated, so it might be a translation error. Typically, I would expect that instructions would compensate for international consumers by adding more pictures with obvious indicators on steps as well as detailed and specific drawings when position matters. A paper template is recommended for install. Otherwise, it operates exactly as desired for an appliance garage. Be sure to accommodate the length of the lift as well as the distance between the cabinet door, being used, and the edge, bottom, or transition of the cabinet frame or countertop, depending on where you install this. Positioning it correctly to get it lined up without any sort of template was pretty difficult to visualize where it would sit both open and closed. Additionally, it is also something that requires reasonable arm strength, where it does feel like I am physically, pulling a little harder than I probably should on a kitchen cabinet. It has held up so far for day-to-day use, however, but this was installed less than a year ago.

Took about five inches off the height of my kitchen cabinet space due to hinges not raising the door all the way. I needed this space to allow my espresso machine to fit. So be careful. There are hinges out there that doesn’t take your height away. The pictures on the site are deceiving. There is a thirty day return on this item. I purchased two. Out of $100.00 bucks because my cabinet maker had to wait on the painter, then he had a vacation, then a hurricane came and he relocated his family, then I had a vacation. So out of moneys due to waiting on contractors.

These hinges worked great! My cabinet door was about 14"x29" and they support the weight very well, not sure how they would do with a bigger heaveir door. Very smooth when opening and closing. Installation instructions that come with the box are pretty useless, just follow the video they have with the Amazon product pictures. I had to make some adjustments to where and how I mounted the brackets since I repurposed some drawer fronts for my cabinet door. The door itself ended up about 1.5" thick where the brackets mounted to the cabinet door. So I had to set the brackets that mount inside the cabinet back from the edge a bit so it would close all the way. The instructions and the video show mounting the inside brackets at the top edge of the cabinet, I would suggest moving them down 1/2" to 1" in order to get your drill in straight. I pre drilled holes for the screws so as not to split the wood I was attaching to. Because I had to set my inside brackets back from the front edge, it was impossible to attached the square spreader bar with the brackets mounted. So I had to remove them, attached the bar, then re-mount the whole assembly. Also, attaching the push rod things was a huge pain in the D**k, so heads up and have fun with that. Overall very pleased with how my cabinet and doors turned out. Would definitely recommend these hinges!

Bought these for a lift cabinet door and have used the cabinet daily. They are quiet and are strong enough to hold the kitchen cabinet door. Hubby said they were easy enough to install. Would recommend.

We loved this as it enables our cabinet door to swing up and out of the way, rather than standard swing sideways and then be in the way of access to the cabinet!

Works great. I nodded an IKEA Sektion horizontal wall cabinet into a coffee appliance garage with it. Hinges work great and feel solid.
