Toy Crane Broken in Transit
The toy crane is made of thin delicate plastic: it was delivered in a soft jiffy-bag (no box) and two plastic parts were broken. Best avoided by anyone considering this as a present. There were no instructions and no remote.

7 diggers in the box!
Bought this digger as a Christmas present. Imagine our surprise when we discovered there are 7 identical diggers in the box! They appeared to be reasonable build quality but no one requires 7. Despite being more than expected it actually made the gift worse, like it was somehow cheaper.
