Not only had I tried every OTC sleep aid, I take a prescription one too - and this tea is the first thing that has honestly helped me sleep! Sundays are my worst nights. On average I fall asleep those nights around 4:30 am and get an absolute maximum if 60 minutes total sleep before my alarm goes off. The first Sunday that I drank this tea, I was asleep by 11:06 pm and got more than 6hrs. I don't even care if it doesn't help me lose weight. The fact that it helps me sleep makes it worth every (ridiculously expensive) penny.

I’ve lost about 4 lbs and only used about 5 nights now. Drinking this was the only change I made in my routine so far. Unfortunately I am temporarily on a blood thinner and my cardiologist office discovered that some of the ingredients thickens the blood and they told me I have to stop drinking the tea (for now, I say). In a few weeks I’ll be off the blood thinner and will try again. Tonight will be the first night I won’t be drinking it so I’ll be curious if I’ll stop loosing weight.

This tea really does seem to be relaxing at the end of the day, and I sure sleep all the night through when I drink it about an hour before bed. Maybe it works too well. Yesterday morning I overslept by an hour and a half. I didn't have to go to work, so no problem! Usually I am up around 5:30, even without an alarm. I have trouble sleeping in due to various pains, so this was a treat! As a bonus, ZzzTox smells and tastes great

I have been drinking this tea every night for almost 4 weeks now and I am exactly where I started. It doesn’t help me sleep any better in fact my sleep has been more disturbed due to me drinking before bed and subsequently having to get up to pee in the middle of the night. I don’t feel any different in terms of “detoxed” and I to am disappointed I believed the hype and spent so much money with no return opportunities. Thanks but no thanks. I’d recommend saving your money.

This is my second bag of the nighttime detox tea and one bag of the daytime tea. I love the nighttime detox tea. It has really helped me get a good night's sleep. I wake up fully rested and not groggy. I also have been able to get into clothes I haven't worn in years. A size ten dress pants goes on all the way up ,zipped, and buttoned, still with room to spare. I will be ordering more.

While this tea is delicious, and I love drinking a cup before bedtime, I am under no illusions that I will lose any weight because of it. Yes, I find the tea helps with digestion and bloat, but that is really it. This is SO EXPENSIVE for what it is...an herbal tea. There's no fancy or special ingredients to warrant the price level. If they charged 50% less, they would sell way more. The price makes this an occasional purchase for me...I can't justify the cost for only 28 tea bags, even though I love the tea flavor.

I have a problem falling asleep and staying asleep! I've been trying to get away from the sleep aid that I've been taking for years. So far with this tea I have been able to cut my pill in half and am able to fall asleep and stay asleep longer. My goal is to get rid of the pill completely. I highly recommend!

I'm 59 years old, and started to have problems sleeping due to pain in my arm from lymphadenitis. This tea helps me relax to where I CAN fall asleep now. It's nice that it also reduces that awful bloating. I like the smell as well as the taste. Although, I think it's expensive, since I'm on disability, I will continue to purchase. Thanks, SkinnyFit!!
