Brilliant watch , loves everything it does & also has the added bonus I no longer always have to have my phone on me to receive messages & calls

I would give this a zero if I could. I am so disgusted and angry with Amazon. I bought this watch which looked like it was from Apple but it’s not, it’s Amazon. The watch arrived second hand, looks great however it’s unusable as it’s connected to the previous owners account. Sent it back for repair thinking they would contact the previous owner. The repair team emailed me asking me to unpair the watch. It’s not my email address it’s connected to. The previous persons email doesn’t even start with the same letter as my email address so why the repair team contacted me I have no idea. The watch is completely unusable and now Amazon are messing me around and won’t issue a refund. I am going to start the process for a customer complaint procedure as this is terrible customer service leaving me with paying for an expensive broken item they won’t take back.
