I bought 6 bottles, checked 2, both had 59 pills, not 60 as advertised, though I believe it's still a cheaper option, but the company shouldn't fool people like this, the manufacturing date is Nov 2024, valid till April 2026. I have taken supradyne daily for a long time, I think this is the best and a cheaper option than its counterparts, the coating is sweet, anyone can easily consume it, even without water. Effectiveness is good, but nowhere close to the zincovit gold, but that's 3 times the cost, so it's fine Size is regular like any other pull Energy is okay

Does all the job I don’t have to buy d3 separately I eat 2 capsules with my 2 fish oil tablets everyday Also mineral quantity is good My only advice is to not to eat before bed Better consume after a fat rich meal and make sure you are doing some activity because if I go to gym after consuming this then it’s fine but when I consume it and lay down & rest then gastric problem starts to occur
