Ordered the Arnica essential oil. Love it! Exactly what I was looking for. Packaged well. Smells very good

I am so glad that I came across this company when I was looking to refill my lavender essential oil. This company was not only very reasonable but a family owned business, which I try to buy from whenever possible, to boot. My package even arrived a day early! I am very satisfied with my purchase and plan to buy from them in the future. I highly recommend that anyone looking for essential oils give them a try!!

I don't know how it happened, but the top of the cap split off even though the shipping box was undamaged. Most of the oil leaked out and made a mess of everything else I bought so I'm pretty unimpressed. Everything smells good, so that's something, even though I have to wash everything in dish soap to get the oil off.Amazon only gives me the option to return my empty, leaky, oily bottle and that makes no sense at all so I'm just going to pitch it and buy from someplace who uses higher quality bottles. What product is left seems nice, but decent packaging is part of an item and it's part of the equation in rating. La Mer would be garbage too if the jars split open for no apparent reason.

The seller reached out to me to inform me that the issue was not intentional, but simply something they had overlooking and that they have designed new labels and descriptions for this item, as well as any others that it might apply to, so that other customers do not run into the same issue that I did.They also offered to refund me for this oil and send me a couple other oils of my choice so that I might give them a second chance. I would have been happy with just the label change for future customers benefits' and the refund, but I certainly did not expect them to send me additional oils to evaluate.I chose two and offered a third suggestion in case one of the original two was inconvenient for them for whatever reason. They responded to let me know that they were originally planning to send me all three but one of my choices was also not a 100% pure oil, but an infusion, so that they were instead sending a 16 OZ(!!!) bottle of one of them and a normal sized 1 oz bottle of the other one.This goes above and beyond anything I would have expected of them. Their efforts to fix the issue, not just for me but for any future customers too, shows me that they truly do put customer service at the forefront of their minds. I will absolutely be a repeat customer after this experience.ORIGINAL REVIEW BELOWOf course they use the deceitful tactic of saying it's "100% oil," which it is. However, this is not 100% Arnica Oil, it is arnica infused sunflower oil.The description in this listing and even the ingredients listed on the bottle itself, fail to mention anything about it actually being sunflower oil with some unknown amount of arnica in it. "Ingredients: Arnica Oil." Oh really now? Anything else in there?I hope you're not allergic to sunflower oil!I also just saw that the description says something about their arnica oil being distilled from 100% natural ingredients or something like that. That's nice, except this product wasn't distilled from anything because sunflower oil is pressed and arnica infused sunflower oil is typically made by simply soaking arnica flowers in sunflower oil.If I wanted to buy arnica infused sunflower oil I would have spent a couple dollars more and gotten an 8 OUNCE BOTTLE instead of this small bottle of lies.

This is a very good oil and has a strong scent. It has a very natural fresh smell. I love it and will be repurchasing soon!

How awful does it smell? The only way I can describe it is for you to imagine that you just walked into a porta potty at a concert in the blazing hot 🥵 summer, and you are blown over by the foul stench of urine from thousands of people. No wonder they don’t give refunds!!! One star is way too many, but it was my only choice! 🤬
