I like the bag for the reason I purchased it. Quality is good as I was using the one before, but for this one the size is bot comfortable. Its too big for daily use,. Would have been great if the exact same thing would have been made in a little smaller and portable size.

I bought this bag and the lock was not working so rather then returning it I replaced it, and got the delivery on 13th September and today this bags lock is not functioning. If you can not provide a good quality lock why are you providing it? Need help now as all my stuff is locked into it and i am unable to remove my laptop from it. And i need option to refund as this is a generic issue with this product it seems.
