The Glass Eye Studio Full Moon Paperweight is a stunning 3-inch handcrafted piece, made from glass infused with ash from the 1980 Mount St. Helens eruption. Each paperweight is unique, signed by the artist, and presented in a luxurious velvet keepsake box, making it a perfect collectible or gift.

Beautiful. One of my favorites.
I have ordered a few of the Celestial series and this is one of my favorites. The moon is 2d, which some do not like, but I think works well with the design.

Not as shown or described
We have numerous pieces of Glass Eye Studio works of art. This is very disappointing. The work appears to have been produced by an amateur. Even with a light under it, it is dull and lifeless. This is to be an anniversary gift for my husband who has been collecting GES for 25 years. It’s too late for me to send it back and get a replacement, but unless he loves it, it will definitely be returned. Also, it didn’t come in the usual velvet box but a cardboard one, which wouldn’t be a deal breaker but the velvet box was in the description.

Beautiful Art
Beautiful paperweight of the full moon and night sky, exactly as expected. Wonderful craftsmanship with an intriguing backstory; rivals any of my Caithness.

Had been wanting one of these celestial orbs for about 3 years now, since I saw them somewhere on a blog and finally ordered one, it is so beautiful and fun to look at! Gorgeous piece of art.

Glass Eye Studio
I confirmed that this product was returnable before purchasing. After receipt it did not look like the pictures on the Amazon site so I went to request a return and found out it could not be returned. Not happy with the product nor the changed return policy!

Below average...
I have other paperweights from this series and was disappointed with the quality of this one. The moon is not an orb as others in this series but flat like a coin and does not look as good up close; the pic posted here does it way too much justice- it just doesn't look that good in person. Also, the decorative box it came in was in horrible condition; all torn up and covered in dust like it had sat in a warehouse for years.
