Love it. Very nice crock with easy to use features. Cooks amazing at set temps and is easy to clean. The larger oval size makes meat fit perfectly.

So Easy to Use
I love this crockpot. My food comes out so tender and delicious! It so convenient to use. I prepare my food before going to work, put it in the crock pot, and turn it on. When I get home, dinner is ready!

Burns food on warm. Boils soup on warm. Awful unit!
Awful. Doesnโt have good temp control. Bought this rather expensive unit hoping it would live up to its reviews. It doesnโt. Ours is constantly burning food on the left side even on warm. Warm setting actually is so hot soups literally boil. Doesnโt matter how we clean it. Crock and aluminum liner are always kept spotless. Doesnโt matter. โSet it and forget itโ means a dinner that is ruined every single time. No, not our first, weโve owned many slow cookers but this is absolutely the worst. Gave up tonight when the beef stew burnt black on the left corner when we simply tried to warm it. It went in the trash tonight. Buying a different brand tomorrow. Wouldnโt purchase this old โfaithful โ brand again.

Great quality and makes good food easy to make
Great quality and makes good food easy to make. The sous vide feature is really nice to have and I end up using that more than the standard slow cooking functionality. The locking lid helps with the portability which has been handy. My only minor gripe is that I wish the timer was able to wrap around so that I could go from the default 1 hour down to 0 and wrap around to 30 hours (the max timer) instead of sitting there holding the button and getting to 30 hours in +15 minute increments.

Modern quality, not as robust as 20 years ago.
A rare win with buying refurbished instead of brand new. Everything works and was included in the box. Heats fine, cleans up easy, not as high quality as the 20 year old one that it replaced. The push buttons will eventually wear out better to have a potentiometer knob, but it's what's offered.

I bought this crockpot used. I tested it works fantastic cosmetically fantastic super happy.
