These make me happy!
My handyman friend put up a "clothesline" for me to dry the rugs that I wash myself. It's not all that attractive although it is great for drying rugs so I bought these to pretty it up a little. Turns out, they not only pretty up the clothesline but kind of chirk me up too when I glance outside at them. They are also very accurate "wind socks".
