I love this watch. I like that it has its own app (for better privacy) and the bp is fairly.accurate when compared to arm bp machine. I dont use it to get text or call alerts

I like this thing quite a bit. It's comfortable to wear, and it's surprisingly useful as a phone. Especially when woken up by a call and not wanting to scramble for my phone. The health readings are good, but they're not 100% on, though I admit I might be wearing it either too tight or too loose. There seems to be a sweet spot for it. That said, the numbers are only a tiny margin of error from my BP cuff.

Received the watch timely, and was happy with the features and quality, especially considering the low cost when compared to other named brands such as Apple and Garmin. As with many products now days, written instructions are limited. There were a couple of watch features that I couldn’t figure out how to activate. I contacted Customer Support via email, and received a response from Belle within 12 hours that answered the questions I had. Based on my overall experience thus far, I would recommend this watch.

I love my other Fitvii watch but wanted one with phone feature. The feel is the same but I Cannot find the phone screen or BP. Instructions are worthless. Also choice of screens are juvenile, silly, ugly and hard to read. No Simple classic screen with all readings on it. Especially temp. I'll use it for when I need a dress watch.

Started out ok, watch did its job, required charging about every 3 days. Last week it was every other day, now it dies in less than 12 hours. What a piece of junk.

I’ve owned the watch for 4 months. I love it! I use it to track my heart rate, blood pressure and oxygen levels, during exercise and at work. (The results are comparable to my blood pressure machine). But the watch suddenly wouldn’t charge. I had bought my daughter the same watch and tried her charger. That wouldn’t work either. I tried my charger on her watch and it did work; so that ruled out the charger. I sent a message to Fit vii. Belle replied immediately! Her wording was very kind and gracious. She politely asked for a video of me connecting the charger and the face of the watch. She offered to first replace the charger. When I said I already tried my daughter’s charger, she agreed that the watch malfunctioned and offered to send me a new watch. Hopefully I will receive it in a week.

Very impressed with this. It was easy to set up. Comfortable band. I snagged it when it was on sale.

First off, I am not able to set up. The language setting is not my language. Thus I am not able to establish the watch so it can work. not able to locate any place where I can change the language. There nothing in the instruction book informing me how to set up the correct language. Therefore, there is no value to me.
