I was looking for something like this for a somewhat unique purpose. Needed to hang a pretty heavy lantern on the wall on a brass hook, but the lantern's hanging apparatus was too thick to fit over the hook. Bought a couple of these which, with the spring loaded opening allowed me to slip the ring over both the lantern and the hook. Worked perfectly, brass finish looks great and the rings are most definitely sturdy enough to hold some pretty heavy lanterns. Very happy!

These are very nice snaps and seem sturdy. I ended up going with a different snap option because the finish matched better but these were quite nice!

Like the heavier weight. Nicely polished. Works well but would prefer the opening leaver is longer which would make it easier to open and release from whatever object it is hooked to.

I bought these rings for my Louis Vuitton tote bag. When I travel I close up the sides so it is smaller and I do not have to worry about items falling out. Works great and looks great!

I wanted a key ring for my cars key fob....these are way too thick to use in the fob opening. They are very sturdy but may be too big for a lot of keys and fobs. They may be better for other uses.
