I use them sometimes in to morning for a 5min break before the day, 5 min break at night- whenever. I recently used them for my migraines! So thankful for the two pack, it allowed me to cycle out a cold one while the one used re froze.

Great value. My kids and i love these. We use them as ice packs for everything. Tired eyes, scrapped knees, headaches!

Very comfortable eye mask. It was set a bit too tight for my big head, but it adjusted easily. It has a nice silky cover that blocks light effectively without putting pressure on the eyes, and the cooling gel is really relaxing. Because the strap is adjustable, I put it over my forehead for a headache - nice comfortable cooling without the "ice pack" slipping off my head when I moved! Also, the silky cover keeps the gel cooling pad from feeling too cold against the eyelids. I haven't tried it warm yet, but it was so nice to get a relief from a pounding headache and tired computer-burned eyes.

This Ice sleep eye mask is very relaxing and comfortable. Smoothing on the eyes, especially when it's only slightly cold instead of frozen. These are great, fit well, no pressure from elastic being too short. Highly recommend this eye masks! :-)
