Why am I unable to leave a review for and get a refund on this rancid product I received?

Reviews are at the top right of each product and you xam see them and write your own. & they shouldve gave you a refund if you sent it back.

Why does it look so pale? My previous rosehip oil was more yellow/orange and thicker.

the rose hip seed oil I received is quite golden in color,yet not greasey,it is flowing not thick and tacky to touch,faint flowery scent.
