For the price, I didn't expect the best quality, but I'm still slightly disappointed with this petticoat/crinoline. It was vacuumed packed, which is sensible but I feel like it never floofed out evenly. It didn't look terrible but I was hoping for more of an impact under my belted A-line dress. After the first evening wearing it (for Thanksgiving, so I wasn't terribly active,) it started shedding, making me feel like there were spiderwebs on the backs of my legs.EDIT: I have changed the rating from 3 to 1 star after the 2nd time wearing it. It's nearly destroyed now from simple friction causing the material to deconstruct and shed more webby threads. Additionally, one of the seams connecting the tulle to the skirt has begun to tear. All I have done was wear it to 2 holiday dinners, a total of maybe 4 hours. The product is practically disposable and I'm disappointed that I can't use it for the 3 more events we have planned.

The petticoat is nicely made and fits well. But it is not 28" long. I especially choose this one because for it's length. I have a true tea length dress that I need it for, but this petticoat measures only 25" . Therefore it is much shorter than my dress. Since I am only 5' tall, I can make it work by pulling it down to my hips. But if you are taller and need a longer petticoat, this is not the one!

This is a great option for the price, it met all my needs and I loved how it made my dress look. Would not recommend wearing on it's own due to some hem placement. Only problem was at the end of the night I took it off and my skin was BLUE! I was a smurf for 2 days, it didn't immediately wash off in the shower. I have been hesitant to wear it since.

Bought this for a Togetic costume! I wore it under my dress all day and it was very comfortable. Gave just enough volume to poof my dress out a little, and provided some modesty while I was going up elevators. Love it! I'll likely use it again for other costumes.

I’m sure it fits but had to wash the garment several times due to smell. Not sure why it smelled the way it did. Haven’t worn it yet, placed in plastic bag and will wash again before trying it on.

You'll have to fluff it out after opening. It was vacuum packed. Arrived on time. I bought an XL and thought it might not fit but it fits great!

Its made of good material. A tad itchy if snug, which mine is. Perfect uff and lovely.
