My husband installed this floor almost 20 years ago. It has heating attachments underneath. I wanted a new floor, but did not want to lose my heated floor. I nearly cried after I finished this project. It looks brand new. I used the narrow and wide pens. They covered the lines easily and dried very quickly. Great product. Can't wait to do more floors.

They were easy to use and my floor turned out fantastic. I paid 980.00 to clean the grout and it still looked bad. The pens are a small fraction of the price and we love the outcome.

I've bought three of these now and ended up returning one. I find the colors are just not what I need. The lighter gray one has a blue tinge to it that looks strange. I just can't trust the color to be what I need so I'm over this idea.As far as use, they do what they are supposed to do. It's not easy to get the color just on the grout so I came along behind the application and wiped off the tile. Overall, the grout looks better than it did. Maybe my expectations are just too high.

These pens are perfect for freshening up grout lines when scrubbing doesn't quite remove the embedded stains. Very easy to use!

The grout pen seems to have a chamber for the paint, a hard foam applicator tip, and then a valve that connects the two, so that when pressure is applied on the tip, more paint flows into the foam tip. I encountered several problems with this design. The foam tip doesn't necessarily stay in the pen; paint can leak out during use. The foam tip is a very poor conductor of the paint - far worse than a brush - so the layer applied is think and uneven. Because the tip is so wide, I think I ended up with more paint on the shower tiles than covering the grout. And you can't get within 1/4" of a corner. Fortunately, clean up is very easy - just wipe with a damp paper towel. Lastly, unless you are working on the grout in the floor, paint just doesn't flow through the device. While working on the shower walls, I had to depress the pen tip against a paper towel on the floor to get more paint into the tip. Frankly, this would work better as a jar of paint with a small brush.It's been six weeks or so since application. The grout look does cleaner, except where it's already wearing off. Overall, I'd say this is appropriate only for short-term cosmetic "improvements". Wouldn't use again.

My grout for both my kitchen and bathroom floors had become nasty. No amount of scrubbing was brining it back to what it was like 5 years ago when we moved in. For my bathroom floor, I used the white pen and kitchen floor the cream color. It took more pens than I thought and I used the narrow tip. I could have used the wide tip in the kitchen but liked the control I had with the narrow tip. In the attached picture, I had done only one coat (2 was better). You can see the difference between the surfaces before and after a single coat. I am happy with the results.

The result of the pens was awesome, but the tip of the pens wears out half way through use. Making the end of the process a pain to get out the product and use the pen. I got it to work and the results looked great. The use could have just held up a little better or maybe included an additional pen tip to replace mid use.

Il est résistant à l’eau alors il n’y a aucun problème à l’utiliser pour le fond de la douche (à refaire à chaque année par contre). Il est facile à utiliser, couvre le coulis qui a une teinte qui ressemble à de la moisissure et résiste aux produits ménager donc, on peux continuer de brosser les surfaces lors du nettoyage. La première fois que je l’ai utilisé, mon conjoint était certain que j’avais fait refaire le coulis de la salle de bain. Depuis, j’ai toujours ce produit dans mon tiroirs de la salle de bain au cas où j’en aurais besoin

Leider war es auf unseren weißen Fugen kaum zu sehen. Deckt definitiv nicht genug. Und dafür ist es echt zu teuer. Hab's leider erst lange nach der Bestellung versucht, deswegen kann ich zur Retoure nichts sagen.

Wollte die Fugen in einem alten Bad auffrischen mit einem möglichst geringen Aufwand, so bin ich auf diese Stiftvariante gestoßen.Der Stift war nach einem Tag da und schon konnte es losgehen. Für unsere Dusche war der Stift vollkommen ausreichend. Wichtig ist beim "Bemalen" der Fugen den Stift nicht zu fest aufzudrücken, dafür muss evtl. mehrmals locker hin- und herstreichen, bis die erwünschte Deckung erreicht ist, sonst könnte die Spitze des Stiftes leiden.Nach ca. 1,5 Std. war ich fertig und das Ergebnis ist viel besser als erwartet! Die Fugen sehen wieder schön und frisch aus.Ich muss bei den Farben allerdings eine Einschränkung machen. Die bestellte Farbe Creme hat einen sehr gelblichen Unterton. In meinem Fall hat es gepasst, das die Fliesen selbst auch diesen gelblichen Unterton haben, für jemanden, der jedoch wirklich sehr helle, cremefarbene Fliesen und Fugen hat, ist der Stift sicher nicht geeignet.Über die Haltbarkeit des Stiftes kann ich noch nichts sagen.
