After the Cove-19 pandemic begun, my teenage son gained a lot of weight and I started concern but I thought it’s limited to do excises and we tried to focus more on healthy food. What Ingredients contained and what we can eat as good balance. Keto Ghee butter is great for us. First of all, It was perfectly wrapped with bubbles wrapper when it was arrived and I use this butter for almost everything for my son’s food. And I like to put one spoon scoop to coffee and adding flavor to my coffee.

This stuff is great. I'm going to try the clarified butter next. But this is great for cooking.

I grew up in India where we made ghee on my uncle's farm by using freshly made butter that itself was made from fresh milk we milked daily from our cows. The smell and taste of that ghee were so undeniably unique because of the simple process that went into it. I've tried several brands of ghee and until now, I hadn't found one that could match that unique combination. This ghee hits the spot! We're excited to use it in all of our cooking to bring back the taste of home!

The Ghee arrived is great packaging and was in perfect condition when I received it.I have tried several brands of Ghee, This one beats them all hands down.I replaced regular butter with Ghee a few years ago - this is going to be the one I stick to moving forward.I use it in cooking or simply as a spread on my toast or even rice. The bonus for me is it’s organic !! Love it!

The container is totally broke in to many pieces. The glass pieces is all in the bottle. I already through it away.

Disappointed. Ghee has been a good thing for me. At 70 have become lactose intolerant. Tried other brands on Amazon. My favorite was "Eat Good Fat" NO lactose problems with that one. Used it on everything. Last time I ran out EGF was in between batches and not available for a few days so decided to try a modestly priced alternative (this one). Well, it's NOT lactose free and brought back all my worst IBSD poop problems. I gave it away to a neighbor that loves the stuff. That's all.

The butter smells really good, add a lot of favor to food. I tried it to bread and smells / tastes really great. It seems oily when apply to bread but the smells of butter makes the bread very tasty. I believe adding to steak might be another good way, which I am going to try next. The buttery taste will enhance my steak texture and favor.

So I’ve never had ghee before but was familiar with the name since looking up butter chicken recipes.I don’t have anything to compare to but I would say this tasted pretty good on bread.It smells like toffee candy without the extra sugar but tastes like unsalted margarine with a hint of nuttiness to it.I also added it to my oil to fry my eggs and I can see that it gave it some extra crisp.I hope it tastes as good on my butter chicken that I will try soon.Reasons why it’s not 5 stars is because the jar was smaller than I expected lol. Like something you would put strawberry jam in. Also it was hard to spread when refrigerated.
