Pricey, but to ward off injuries and provide some kinetic energy well worth it.
Game-changer for my NAIA college baseball son’s cleats — some added explosiveness and less fatigue I bought these VKTRY Gold carbon-fiber insoles specifically for my son Alex, who’s in his freshman NAIA college baseball season. He wears a US men’s 9–9.5 in his cleats (the exact size/weight variant for 171–220 lb athletes), and we chose the cleated-shoe version for baseball. At ~$149 they’re not cheap, but after two weeks of practices, games, and spring training, Alex says they’re worth every penny. What I love: • Instant energy return — The 100% aerospace-grade carbon fiber plate gives a noticeable “spring” on every push-off. Alex says his first step to the bag is quicker and his jumps when robbing hits feel more explosive. The SCSU study they reference (9.3% average explosiveness gain, 2% faster 10-yard sprints, +1.1″ vertical) lines up with what he’s feeling in timed drills. • Shock absorption in cleats — Baseball is all stop-and-go on hard dirt and grass. His feet and knees feel way less beat up after 3-hour practices. No more sore arches or that “flat” feeling you get from stock foam insoles. • Perfect custom fit — Slid right into his existing cleats (New Balance molded turf cleats worked fine). No trimming needed, stays put even during slides and cuts, and the top cover is breathable so his feet don’t overheat. • Stability & injury protection — He plays multiple positions and the extra lower-body alignment has him feeling more planted when fielding grounders or rounding bases. We haven’t had any tweak issues this season so far. Minor notes (real talk): It took about 3–4 practices for his feet to fully adapt — the plate is stiff at first compared to soft foam, but once broken in it feels natural. Also, these are sport-specific; don’t plan on swapping them into his sneakers for lifting or casual wear. Bottom line: If you have a serious high-school or college baseball player who lives in cleats, these are the real deal. Alex is faster off the line, more explosive at the plate, and recovering better between games. I’d buy them again in a heartbeat and I’ve already recommended them to two of his teammates. Highly recommend — especially the exact weight/size match we got.

Spend the money
Bought theses for my son he plays tackle football , he said he can really feel the difference they fit well with them in he moves quicker and feels like he jumps a little higher . Overall it's been going great quality and durability so far no complaints only request to buy more they are pricey but if it helps athleticism then it's a win investment for my son's comfort .

Amazing Comfort & Support for Soccer Cleats
As a parent, I couldn’t be happier with these inserts. My daughter plays high school club soccer as a midfielder, and she loves them. They provide much-needed cushioning and support that cleats lack, and she’s able to keep up her endurance while sprinting throughout the game.

Nice not sure if they work
I purchased these for my son for football. He has them in his cleats and wears them to every practice and game. They are definitely made differently than regular insoles but I can’t say if they work or not. I truly don’t know that I’ve seen a difference. I gave these 4 stars because like I’ve mentioned they’re nicely made, but they’re expensive and I’m not sure if they work. Maybe they do and I just don’t know what I’m looking for. I think if you’re on the fence it’s worth a shot to give them a try if you’re able to spend the money.

Essential for running and training
I will start by saying I am in my thirties so recovery and how I feel during workouts is more important to me than the metrics, but WOW with these insoles I get both! This is my SECOND PAIR which I purchased for an additional training shoe. I have upped my activity level this year increasing my running mileage and HIIT workouts. I am convinced that these have helped me train more effectively leading to improved performance. How I feel wearing these: -springy, light on my feet, more power on rower, softer landings on jump squats/box jumps -no pain post workout, able to do consecutive days running at similar intensity The results (over the last few months since getting first pair): -shaved over 3min 30sec off 5k time within 5months -shaved 1sec off 500m row time -improved treadmill sprint intervals from 10mph to 10.7mph The fit: Hoka Bondi: insoles fit true to size (yellow option) Brooks Adrenaline: insoles fit true to size (yellow option) ON Cloud 5: insoles fit one size up i bought size 10 for size 9 shoe (black option)…these shoes fit me tightly but they are a slip on Try these, they will not disappoint and you will soon want them for every shoe you are active in. I can’t imagine working out without them.

Waste of time
Ordered these to help with my foot pain and increase my speed. I took out my old insoles and put them in my cleats and I was stuffing my toes into the toe box. Ended the day with two rashes on the top of my feet. I continued to try and “break them in” and it only got worse. I tried them in different cleats and it didn’t get better. Then when I tried running and cutting in them you could feel the side of the insoles because they didn’t fit well. I felt slower and more uncomfortable with the insoles compared to regular insoles.

A Perfect Fit
These shoe insoles are a perfect fit for my son’s cleats. They are made with a very durable material and have lasted longer than the insoles that came with the shoe. They fit his feet perfectly and have stopped his feet and back from hurting.
