Average
I was impressed with ADDME's mixed pickle, so I decided to try their kathal achar. I was a bit disappointed with the results. The pickle was okay, but it was too salty and the pieces of kathal were too big. Overall, I would say that it is an average pickle, and not as good as the mixed pickle. Here are some of the pros and cons of the pickle: **Pros:** * The pickle has a strong, flavorful taste. * The kathal is crunchy and fresh. * The pickle is made with a variety of spices, which gives it a unique flavor. **Cons:** * The pickle is too salty. * The pieces of kathal are too big. * The pickle is not as flavorful as the mixed pickle from ADDME. Overall, I would not recommend this pickle to anyone who is looking for a mild or flavorful pickle. However, if you are looking for a pickle with a strong, salty flavor, then this might be a good option for you. Here are some suggestions for how to improve the pickle: * Reduce the amount of salt in the pickle. * Cut the kathal into smaller pieces. * Add more spices to the pickle to give it a more flavorful taste.

Don't buy
Not at all good, so much salt and masala flavour, it's spicy ๐ฅ if we eat very small quantity also we can feel burning feel in the stomach though out the day, don't buy it. I'm not at all happy with this. For first time in amezon orders I'm feeling it's worthless. Please don't buy it. I thought compared to others price is a bit high for the quality they might have mentioned it, now it's waste of money

Hygienic but too Salty
Quality may be ok but it's so salty that it just disturbs the taste. Many reviews states the same thing but don't know why the manufacturers don't review and rectify it. Too much salt may increase the shelf life but idea is people eat it with taste - not keep it on shelfs. I dont think we may be able to finish the jar. I have tasted many achaars of this brand, only the ginger lemon achaar was good, all others were equally salted. Strongly suggest to manufacturer to review and make changes.

Must buy
I saw everyone wrote about extra salt, but this was not the case in the pack I received. It is tasty and must be tried. Masala combination is perfect.

This is no sweet
Definitely this one is not a sweet pickle. Sour in taste. North Indian flavour.
